How to handle newline in new ticket which is submitted via email? I always got the following:

Do you feel it's charset-related? I have some similar behaviour, in fact. Every "new line" in my email ticket is ignored and I get all the text on one (wrapped of course) line.
Any suggestions?
I actually did NOT get any response, shall we try with the latest updated OTRS version? Which one are you using?
