Jepp. And I see you use mod_perl (Frontend Subfunction: Apache::ROOT...).
Remember to restart the webserver if you change the Kernel/Config.pm ( installer.pl is changing Kernel/Config.pm (database user and pw)).
--=> mod_perl loads modules on startup.
