Can't call method "png" on an undefined value at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/SystemStats.pm line 342.
This doesn't seem logical, as the three modules share the same png creation routine (the GD library). Maybe the problem isn't in the library.
It is giving error message , when format type is graph, for print format it is working fine.
Which OS are you using? And which version of OTRS?
