Helisandro,
That seems to be a problem with your database connection. Ensure the 'otrs' user has appropriate access to the database.
Remember that by default the 'otrs' user has its password as 'hot'.

I tried to enable the LDAP Authentication on otrs (2.1.7). But when I changed the /Kernel/Config.pm I received the message:
