Terry: I'm not sure why one would want that... won't the queue mailbox fill up pretty fast? The performance of POP servers can be very greatly impacted by large amounts of mail in the queue. Besides that, if you're unlucky enough to be using a Windows filesystem that peaks out at 2GB for a single file, your queue may fill up and start rejecting/bouncing messages. If you're looking for a way to archive the messages for some reason, you may be better off using something like procmail to split each message in two and file one away into an archival account somewhere while letting OTRS normally process the other. Hey,
I have been using OTRS pain free for a while now, there is one thing I can't figure out.
I am grabbing mail using the postmasterpop3 script, but I can't find a way to set it up so it grabs the email and leaves a copy in the users mailbox. Right now it just grabs the email and removes it from the mailbox.
Thanks for any help...
