RE: [otrs] RC 1.0

Has anyone run into the date and time not showing up on a phoneview ticket? In the subject line on mine it shows Phone call at Time(DateFormatLong). Anyone have any ideas where this is generated so I can see why it is doing this? Thanks Gene
