
Hi running the latest version of OTRS on a small server with approx 5 agents and 15 customers. At the moment, I haven't the ability to set up a mail server. My question is this; when a ticket is closed by an agent, I cannot see a way to configure a customer profile so that they can see the result of the closure. The customer can see all the tickets they have raised and their status, but not the info the agent has entered to close the ticket. Is this some config I have overlooked?
