We are using OTRS 1.3.2, and make extensive use of the canned RESPONSES, there are 2 things we would like to be able to do and I was wondering if anybody has implemented them, can see a way to implement them or can see a good reason not to implement them. 1. The ability to use a canned RESPONSE when using Compose or Email Ticket 2. The option to exclude or include the origiinal email body whe responding, we always include the original email body in the canned response but some are to 3rd party suppliers where the original body is not appropriate, and thererfore we end up manually deleting it. Either being able to specify the include when creating the canned RESPONSE or as a tick box when using the RESPONSE. TIA Neil
