Hi ,

 

Customer view or agent view create and update  ticket text area option table and number list showing fine. But after sending or submit ticket it showing only plain text and number list displaying “-“. How to change  plan text to rich text.

 

 I am trying changes

 

1. PostmasterAutoHTML2Text  --no

2. Frontend::RichText  --- yes

 

But not working anyone help me.
