Hi there,<br><br>You can delete the tickets from using the Generic Agent  <a href="http://doc.otrs.org/2.3/en/html/x1213.html">http://doc.otrs.org/2.3/en/html/x1213.html</a> but you cannot remove clients/customers, only rename them or invalid them.<br>
