[otrs] SMTP

Something has changed, as smtp was working of sending emails to the customers. When we send a reply to them now, we get an Error: can't connect to 192.168.xxx.xxx: Unknown error! Is there a place in the configs to set up the username and password for the email account we are sending thru.? Any ideas what I should be looking for.? Tom
