I'm trying to implement SMS (Text Message) Notifications when tickets arrive in a specific queue or are of a specific priority level.
Is this functionality available in OTRS 2.2?
I've looked through the documentation and on google but I have yet to find anyone who has either done this or explains how it can be done.
