[otrs] [SOLVED] after installing packages there's no Admin icon in menu

Did you change the name of the group 'admin' to something like 'Admins' or 'Administrators'. Never rename this group (the same for users etc.), it will cause a lot of trouble because each module has some registered groups for which it is shown.

You can change the name of the group back manually directly in the table 'groups'.
