I have been asked to find a replacement for our current Help Desk software and have a shortlist of products to review. I am impressed with OTRS, but I need to make a case to my IT Director, particularly as Open Source software is new to this company.

Are there any UK users out there who are willing to act as a reference site that I can visit to see OTRS in action?
