I guess you could look at our install.. It's not particularly customised but illustrates a basic use with sales and support action in..

I'll warn you now some of the closed tickets have rude words in the comments where spam keeps arriving in the queues (only a little; we've put quite strong anti-spam protection in place on our otrs bound email)
