Hi there,<br><br>I just followed the steps published at <a href="http://wiki.otrs-forum.de/index.php?title=Installation_on_Debian_5.04_lenny" target="_blank">http://wiki.otrs-forum.de/index.php?title=Installation_on_Debian_5.04_lenny</a> to install OTRS on Ubuntu and they worked great!, The only part missing from that how-to is the creation of the initialization script of the service (the one that goes in /etc/init.d/otrs)<br>
