Hi Nadeem,<br><br>Please take a look at the configuration option Admin &gt; SysConfig &gt; Framework &gt; Core::Time &gt; Timezone. Here you can set the offset to the computer&#39;s time zone. In your case, you should set it to -2 probably?<br>

10  on child zones.  We want to changes its Time Zones settings to PST.
Currently its TZ of System is CST  and tickets also show CST time zone. Please
