Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the integrated installer and set it up. Then I changed all of the config settings to point to MSSQL. Works like a champ. Thanks for the pointer. Tyler

Why not use the otrs4win32-installer? You may integrate your SM SQL-Server later on.
