Recheck the username and password. Look in Exchange's logs. Enable Debug vie setting: $Self->{Debug} = 4; And look what's put out then.
I edited the Config.pm file as shown below, as well as change the username ...snip.... $Self->{AdminEmail} = 'jcoltrin@agia.com;
