05-03-2007 Hello all! I'm Luca from Italy. We have OTRS correctly configured on a windows platform and we have a problem: all the files attached to a ticket are truncated! Sometimes it truncated only 16 bytes, other times even 20-30 kbytes. We use the file system to store the files. Does anyone have suggestions for this issue?
