Dear all,
I would like to change the
default view when an agent logs in. They would like a nice listing of tickets assigned
to them when they log in. I found that we can get this view if we do a search
which results in a list of tickets with ticket #, Age, customer, subject, state,
queue, owner and customer ID. Is there a way to get this to show up
immediately upon log in instead of going through the motions to do a search
each time?
