[otrs] merging tickets?

Hi Martin and list, I searched an answer for this question posted before from Bryan, but I can't find it. Merging ticket feature is implemented? My otrs is 0.5 Beta8. Thank you. Right now I just close the second ticket, but other systems I've used allow merging. Thanks, Bryan
