[otrs] Chaning menu items

Hi, Is it possible to change the text of the main menu items somehow? I greped in the dtls, but all I found was AAATicket.dtl, but that looks more like a hash of texts or something rather than a normal template. Mainly I just want to get rid of the 'new phone ticket' thing as it's a bit confusing. (Or if someone has an idea to use agent as customer for self created tickets that would be good as well).
