[otrs] Basic Auth SSO support patch

      Hi,

I did a patch for OTRS 2.3.x to add support of SSO based on Basic Auth header.

To enable the patch, you'll need to add this line in your Config.pm file
to
enable it:

$Self->{'AuthSSO'} = 'AuthTypeBasic';

IMO, the patch is unlikley to by accepted by the project team but I
think it may interest some users.
