We have been using OTRS 1,2.3 for some time now. The person who
installed this version, managed to set up virtual queues so that all
valid users could see all the tickets on a single screen. Main page
view looks like following-

Virtual Queues: New - Global (33) - New - Admin (3) - New - Booking (3) - New SIN (1) - Waiting Customer SIN (1) - Waiting internal SIN (12) - Waiting Internal - Admin (1) - Waiting Internal - Quoting (1) - New Klara (2) - New Gernot (1)
Real Queues: AGATE (8) - GLOBAL (33)
- GLOBAL-ADMIN (7)
- GLOBAL-BOOKING (15)
- GLOBAL-QUOTING (4) - SIN (14) -
EMERALD (9)
- Emerald-booking (12)
- GARNET (30) - GLOBAL-ACTIVATION (27) - RUBY (35)

Now we have moved on to otrs 2.3.4. However we are not able to manage
to set up virtual queue in 2.3.4 like in previous version. I don't know
whether this is possible in new OTRS Has anyone done similar thing?
