Uargh...

Still not working...
 
Get an 'You have to be in the admin group!' error message when I try to navigate to /otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminUser ...
 
PS: This is the second time I've managed to do this... This isn't a live system but this 'bug' is rather worrisome...
 


I did the following:

UPDATE group_user SET group_id = 5 WHERE group_id = 1;
UPDATE group_user SET group_id = 1 WHERE group_id = 2;
UPDATE group_user SET group_id = 2 WHERE group_id = 5;

UPDATE groups SET id = 5 WHERE id = 2;
UPDATE groups SET id = 2 WHERE id = 1;
UPDATE groups SET id = 1 WHERE id = 5;
 
I've now got the following tables:

The Admin group is indeed the one with id = 2 - nothing wrong on it.

I think you messed up your account by putting it in the 'stats' group and removing it from the 'Admin' group. You may change that back:

UPDATE group_user SET group_id = 1 WHERE group_id = 3 AND user_id = 1
