No I don´t have any problems. My System is running as smooth as before. Did you replace the file and made a backup of the original? Did you restart your services?

It's already fixed http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4433

Just upgrade Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketCompose.pm new revision: 1.81.2.3

And it should work fine.
