Hi, I am running SuSE 9.3 with otrs 2.0.4..i am having problems with permissions. The only way i can get the web part to work is to make the user wwwrun and so since it the user is wwwrun i cannot run the cron jobs and so the email part does not work. Any ideas on how to get this to work? Thanks
