If you're debugging things you can manually remove the PID entry from the database. It's in the 'process_id' table.

I hope this is enough information to constitute a response as I am at my wits end.

a) what version of OTRS? b) are there errors in the logs? look for OTRS-PM entries c) is there any PostMasterPOP3.pl cron output when it fails? Bryan
