
Hi Stefano,
looking around the manual, seem to be not smarter to cancel an Agent (not customer) because of losing corelation with tickets. Disable him is more smarter.

Do you need remove an agent or a customer ?
For an agent is a bit difficult, because in OTRS you can put an agent 'not active' but you can't cancel him.
A definitive delete, requires access the OTRS DB and delete by hand the account if no ticket or change (for ITSM) is
assigned to him.
