[otrs] need installation help!

Hi there, I need some help for the otrs installation. I know that there are some guys who donŽt know what to do at Eastern. Outside it`s raining, no e-mails arrive and there are more easter eggs in the software than on the table. If some of these guys wants to spend some spare time and help me out, I`d be more than glad!! I have some problems installing otrs, some might be pretty easy, don`t know. I have apache/linux with root access and all modules installed. The check gave OK for all (besides some GD that I donŽt need). If you want to help a poor guy out in these boring easter days, just respond! :-) Thanks, marc
