[otrs] Feat. Req: Protocol Variable

Hey, Little thing: you have a variable for and if you could add one for the protocol type https: or http that would make OTRS even more complete :) B.T.W: we are using OTRS now since a week (400 Tickets a day) and it is far superior to the other ones out there! Thanks for all your afford!
