[otrs] How to change the server

Hi all My otrs server's platform is Windows XP. I plan to change it to other server because I did many testing of applications in this server. I worry that this server will be unstable. Would you please give me procedure to change the server while keeping existing configuration and data? I really appreciate any body who helps me. Salam Rudi
