[otrs] Adding users to otrs db after ldap auth

Hi folks, We want to set up OTRS such that when a NEW USER logs in first time using some ldap credentials, he/she is automatically added to the OTRS database as a user. Is this possible ? Any pointers on how to do this ? Thanks ! Abhinav -- http://employees.org/~abhinav/blog/
