[otrs] More information for one specific queue

      Hi all,

Is it possible tout add one dropdown list to choose wich computer just 
for 1 specific queue.

I have a queue called servers.
In this queue I want to be able to add a dropdown list to specify the 
server name.

Is it possible ?
