Once you have the requisites installed for making OTRS function, the editing of the Config.pm is not OS specific.  Follow the OTRS doc on LDAP and search the mailing list for examples.

The above annoys me.  OTRS never updated the 1.3 docs for agent backends and specific hints for AD, which im sure is your LDAP backend.
