Upgraded a SLES 11 from OTRS 4.0.13 to 5.0.4 and this error occurred. Then I tested numerous installations on Ubuntu 14 and 15, migrated the OTRS data to the new server, and the error did not occur. Now I have migrated to a production Ubuntu 14.04 LTS using the workflow I noted when testing, and the error occurs again.
