I had problem with the generic
agent a while ago using OTRS 1.2.3, now with OTRS 1.3.2 and the web interface
for the generic agent I'm having the same problem.
I have a email with
the subject of Blocked delivery of your email to email@domain.co.za
Now I want the generic agent to move all emails
from the specified queue with the subject of Blocked
delivery of your email to a different queue.
This does not work except if I add in the exact whole subject. Is there a wild
card I can use in the generic agent?
