[otrs] Integration of OTRS w/ RTFM?

Hi *, has anybody tried to integrate otrs with rtfm (http://www.bestpractical.com/rtfm/)? Are there any other FAQ/Knowledgebase-Addons for OTRS? Thx. by Töns -- There is no safe distance.
