Hello!Question for ya'll,I'd like too have my tickets to put all the notes as text as a list under the ticket.Now its seperated in clickable links wich can be time consuming if u need to get posted on a unknown ticket.I'm looking for like Topdesk does it,Anyone got any idea how this is done, or if it CAN be done?
