TCP 25 is SMTP which is not an available port.  So, no that wont work. 
 
Try 81 or 8080 (can't say for sure don't know what's on your system)... it has to be one that another process is NOT using.

i tried to change the port number. i changed it to TCP port number 25. is that ok? but i changed and tried to run the installer.pl . it does not work even then?? what do i do?
