[otrs] Upgraded from 2.0.3 to 2.1.9 - survey package 1.1.9 problem

Hello, I am in process of upgrading OTRS 2.0.3 to the latest and greatest. I upgraded to 2.1.9 today. Everything works! Next, using package manager, I installed the survey package 1.1.9. The overview via package manager has the green check marks. However, I click on Survey and then click on the link to create a new survey, I get: Can't locate object method "BuildSelection" via package "Kernel::Output::HTML::Layout" at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AgentSurvey.pm line 464. Any hints?
