No we are using Oracle, but maybe this is an error only reproductible on other DBMS than mysql?<br><br>But my problem is that I can&#39;t track it to reproduce the problem. If only I knew from which process this error comes up (Ticket Search, Queue View, PostmasterFetching,....)<br>
