[otrs] PDF logo

Good day, I have searched the archives and I have found several post related to changing logos. The issue I am having is the logo & company name that is showing on a printed ticket is still otrs. How do I change that? I have been spinning my wheels trying fo the past couple days. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
