Here is the link to modify the setting, however, if your config file is configured properly, then you don’t have to use the GUI.

Also, keep in mind that if using the GUI, when you click the LDAP drop-down, you need to scroll down and click Update to reflect the change and edit the other settings.

Hi,
 
I want to use my ldap directory for customer information.
 
I put config informations into Kernel/Config.pm ; I restart otrs service.
 
But when I go into customers section as an admin I can't change "source" to ldap backend. Ialway have "database backend".
 
Where can I configure this ?
