Hello list, Just thought I'd add my experience to this thread since others will probably see it at some point... As GL sez, "out of the blue" my humming OTRS 2.0.4 installation decided to stop receiving mail from the POP mailbox with the error cited below. In my case, I'm pretty sure the error kicked in shortly/immediately after performing an apt-get upgrade on my Debian stable 2.6.8-2-386 installation last night. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to what got upgraded and I'm a little week with my APT research skills. GL's follow-up fix sounds good for you Fedora users out there, but have any Debian folks come across this yet and performed a fix? Thanks for any guidance. Has anyone seen this error before?
Is anybody else running OTRS successfully on Redhat Enterprise 4?
