Thank you for your fast reaction, if i do exactly what you said, i got a "CGI error":
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
I already enabled the Perl extensions in IIS Webservice-extensions. Have you any idea to solve this problem?

Hi Sander,
You can do this by adding a new "web" under IIS. You can't use IIS with the default Windows installation package - because that will install Apache for you - if you want to use IIS you should install ActiveState Perl [http://activestate.com/perl], download the OTRS source and then follow the instructions here: http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&ItemID=282
I guess it would be best if you have a sandbox or demo IIS server to first try your configuration there before applying it to a live system.
As a side note - you won't need PHP for OTRS.... ;-)
