Simon, * log into OTRS with an administrator account * click on the Admin icon * navigate to SysConfig, under Misc * Search for MXRecord Now the Core group is displayed, which holds the setting for CheckMXRecord. To be more specific its when im putting a user in the From Field, searching for them, and selecting the user. This is on a windows 2003 system if it matters.
