RE: [otrs] Article keys not appearing all the time

Using 1.2.2 I've noticed that the OTRS article keys don't always appear. Here are my headers:

Sorry to reply to myself, but I just noticed that the only entry not working was the value for article 3: X-Otrs-Articlekey3: Status X-Otrs-Articlevalue3: VALIDATED - User is Logged In (sent via login) It only displays "Status" with no value.
