Hi Cabron, Did you check your "sysconfig" under "admin" ? Search for "NewOwnerSelection" There is an entry : Ticket::Frontend::NewOwnerSelection: Set it to yes and you can boogy. hth -p. In the version I installed I only can change the queue (Change queue:) without the option OWNER. Anybody know how to include this option?
